Information for Authors

General Information
Prospective authors can submit papers for either oral sessions or poster sessions. You can indicate your preference during the submission process. The final decision on where to place the paper will be made by Program Commitee. It is necessary to indicate here that no distinction will be made as to the quality of oral or poster session papers.

Preparation of Papers

All submitted papers must be limited to maximum of 4 pages.

Templates for

  • LaTeX
  • Microsoft Word

will be made available soon. Papers must be formatted according to these templates. Please watch this space.

Since the review process is double-blind, authors will be required to submit two versions of the paper:

  1. Paper with full author information and affiliations
  2. Paper without the author information

Please make sure that you eliminate any citations in the bibliography that can be used to identify you.

Each author will be given a password which can be used to upload any modified version of the paper before the submission deadline as well as any other demonstration materials that can be useful for reviewes.

Authors will be able to see the status of their paper through this site at all times after submission of the paper.
